Starting the Rumor at Rambler's Reach Outpost
To initiate this quest, head to Rambler's Reach Outpost outside Pyloon's Saloon and speak with a local Prospector sitting nearby. She mentions a hazardous facility in Dredge Canyon that is worth checking out for hidden valuables. Keeping up with daily gaming news can help players track down similar side objectives and uncover every hidden secret scattered across Koboh.
Navigating to the Factory Roof Entry point
Upon arriving at Hunter's Quarry, you will encounter the front doors of the Roller Mine Factory locked tight from the inside. To gain entry, climb up the rocky cliffs along the path to the right and wall-run across the ledges until you reach a set of climbable vines. Follow the elevated terrain to the roof of the facility, where a small opening lets you drop straight into the main room.
Spawning Roller Mines and Clearing Obstacles
Once inside, gather the local Databank entries and Priorite Shard before interacting with the central terminal. Have BD-1 slice the machine to spawn a Roller Mine, then use Force Pull and Push to hurl the mine into the damaged metal door inside the room. With the main exit now blasted open, spawn a second Roller Mine and lure it outside into the quarry yard.
Claiming the Force Essence and Final Rewards
Direct the rolling droid toward the cracked rock wall situated just outside the factory entrance. Launching the Roller Mine into this destructible surface shatters the barrier, revealing a hidden alcove containing a Force Essence collectible. Interacting with the Force Essence permanently increases your maximum Force meter and marks the Rumor mission as fully complete.
